Frames drawn from the maker’s own numbers, to scale, on one stage. Stop imagining the difference. Look at it.
You know how it starts. A bike catches you mid-scroll, and by midnight there are four tabs open, a geometry PDF you cannot read on a phone, and a spreadsheet you will never finish. Stack, reach, trail, a seat angle to one decimal place. Every number true, and not one of them answering the only question you have: will this thing feel right underneath me?
So we draw it. Every frame here is rebuilt from the manufacturer’s own chart into a side profile at true scale — road, gravel, TT, track. Lay one over another and the difference you were trying to hold in your head becomes something you can simply see.

Two or three frames, one stage, the same scale. Pin them at the bottom bracket or the front axle and watch what actually moves — a front end that stretches away from you, a head tube that sits you up, a seat angle that slides you over the pedals. Then send the link to the friend who talks you into bikes. Or out of them.

Measure yourself once and put your body on any frame in the catalogue. Saddle height, bar drop, the stem length a size would really need — the millimetres between a bike you tolerate for four hours and one you forget you are riding.

Spec it out and watch the weight and the price move as you swap a cockpit, a wheelset, a groupset. Every figure comes off a published spec sheet. Nothing gets rounded into place to make a total look better than it is.

Straight from the people who built the bike. Their geometry pages, their PDFs, dated and linked on every model so you can check the work. Nothing lifted from another comparison site, nothing half-remembered from a forum thread, nothing invented to fill a gap.
When a maker publishes nothing for a size, the cell stays empty. An empty cell is honest. A guessed one is how somebody ends up on a frame that never quite fits.
Every outline has to close.
Wheels, bottom bracket, head tube, seat tube: if the published figures cannot rebuild a frame that actually shuts, we do not draw a confident guess. That constraint is the whole point. What you are looking at is geometry, solved, in plain SVG — a shape that still has to answer to the chart it came from.

RideInsights exists because I got tired of rebuilding the same spreadsheet every time a bike caught my eye — and because my best rides have always been the ones where the bike simply disappeared beneath me. That’s the whole idea: spend less time second-guessing the frame and more time dialling in the ride. Built in Canada, and still the first thing I open before every bike I buy.
